Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Lucas and I are in Omaha--we made the drive in yesterday. It took us about 8.5 hours, but was a good drive. Our plans for the weekend: Thanksgiving dinner today with my mom's side of the family, followed by our own personal family tradition of seeing a movie on Thanksgiving. We are going to see Walk the Line. Tomorrow, early morning Christmas shopping, followed by rehearsal dinner for my cousin Shannon's wedding. Saturday night, wedding. Sunday, head back to Colorado. I am glad we were able to make the drive with good weather. This is our first trip back since we moved in July. For Christmas, we will be heading down to see Lucas' family in Dallas.
