Yep, that is right, yesterday I did nothing for my shoulder. No work outs, just normal movement. Now I got kind of scared because the last time I did this, I hit a wall, and went a little backwards. Today though, I think that I broke through the wall I was hitting, part of my arm was touching my bed, which means that I am almost moving my arm at 180 degrees. I don't think I was that close before. Of course now the question I am asking is, would I be able to move my arm even more if I had worked it out yesterday? Oh the trouble I cause myself.
