Mare's Mess

I've come out of retirement because it's Christmas break and I've decided to take a break from my grading to make a long overdue post. We recently received a list from my nephew John that he gives to people who join Netflix in which he recommends 40 movies they should check out. This inspired Matt and I to create our own movie list. The criteria for this list was that if someone said they had never seen this movie we would say, "You HAVE to see it!" It's been fun working on the list and this is just a draft we've come up with after working on it for a few days. We could (and probably will) add more. But here's what we have to date (in no particular order):

Stripes (the first half of this movie is very funny, but the second half leaves a lot to be desired - we recommend the first half and then you can turn it off)

Capturing the Friedmans
Memories of Murder
