Geek to Live: From Bloglines to Google Reader - Lifehacker
So after trying it out and initially not seeing a reason to swtich, this post really made me want to give Google Reader another shot. I like what I see for the most part, and I think I'm going to make the switch. It's just hard after using Bloglines for so long and being so used to it. I exported my massive list of feeds and imported it into Google Reader. I was happy to see it retained my folders and everything. So far, I'm digging it. I like being able to star and tag items. I think we may have a winner.
Trying it out now. They have improved it quite a bit, but this may be a dealbreaker: I have my bloglines folders and feeds in a very specific order in the left pane. Google is just sorting everything alphabetically. I don't like that. Is there a way to reorder the left pane?
