Could you describe the trouble you're having a little more specifically? I'm able to download it by right clicking the link and choosing 'Save link as.' It makes the filename very long, but you can rename the file after it downloads.
Another option is to just click on the link and your browser may want to try to play the video. Then just click Stop and Save As and you'll download the video.
Subscribing in iTunes or Democracy makes downloading even easier.

Not sure why I didn't try to right click.
I clicked and the browser didn't want to play it. So I gave up! :)
